I spent a good chunk of Saturday in Lampasses with this awesome writer at this equine therapy/retreat ranch. There will be a piece on the ranch in the next issue of L Style G Style magazine. I can't show you photos that will be in the magazine quite yet (duh), but here are some of the other animals on the ranch!

The chihuahua, Rosie, has no idea she's not the same size as the horses. Ferocious and bossy she is. The adorably puppy missing a leg, Miley, is bubbly and full of personality. There were tons of wildflowers along the trail to the ranch, where I caught up with some butterflies!

I had a lovely evening last night spent on South Congress with all of these people. We ate at Hopdoddy (the best turkey burger in Austin), got some candy at Big Top (so many salt water taffy flavors!), and even spotted a rainbow! Good times spent with good people.

We've had numerous rainy days here in Austin lately, which we still need pretty badly due to the drought. The first photo is our view from the On Your Mark office. Usually, you'd be able to see the downtown skyline perfectly beyond those trees.

Last night I couldn't stand it any longer. I had to play in the rain! I ran out into it long enough that I looked fresh out of the shower - if I had showered with all of my clothes on. Brrrr!

us ladies at On Your Mark (my friend Steph and myself included) sure love our snacks. we restocked our pantry this week, including AWESOME flavored popcorn from Cornucopia (i recommend the sour cream & chive, the sopapilla, and the caramel & milk chocolate flavors), which is a company involved in Austin's Go Local movement! we also stocked up on these weird/delicious/confusing peanut butter & jelly sandwich crackers. i would highly suggest running out and grabbing them ASAP.
